Double Dry-Hopped Juicy Bits from @weldwerksbrewing is back, weighing in at 6.7%, and brewed with one of our all-time favorite hop combinations; Citra, Mosaic, + El Dorado hops! DDH Juicy Bits opens with hints of pineapple 🍍, apricot, tangerine 🍊, and papaya on the nose, followed by notes of orange juice, peach, passion fruit, and grapefruit in the taste 🤤 This intensely dry-hopped version of their flagship New England-style IPA was crafted to showcase the complex fruit character contributed by nearly 7 lbs per barrel of Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops. The finish is soft and rounded, with just enough bitterness to balance the fruit juice character.⁠

“Ni”, or “Dois” (both mean “Two”), is the second beer in @japascervejaria’s series inspired by Japanese-Brazilian culture.
🍺In this Russian Imperial Stout recipe, they added a rare Vanilla from the Brazilian Cerrado region mixed with Ponkan, a tangerine of Japanese origin. This blend brings a complexity of notes such as dark chocolate, a touch of coffee, light vanilla and the citrus fruit itself. A fusion of aromas and flavors that celebrate the Japanese immigration to Brazil.

We brew what we love — juicy hop forward ales, fruity sour beers and bold imperial stouts — and we’re proud that Ārpus Brewing Co. is voted as #1 brewery in the Baltic States on Untappd.

We chose Latvian word Ārpus for the name of our brewery, as its meaning reflects the types of beers we brew — outside the box, beyond the mass-made lagers, beers with overwhelming flavors and aromas for people brave enough to step out of their comfort zone.
