Far West produces Californian Ciders from a 4th generation family farm!
Every cider that they create is a product of their fourth generation family farm in San Joaquin County, California. All of the apples and sometimes other fruit (hello cherries, pluots, & citrus) are harvested, and pressed into juice on their own 100 year old ranch. That juice is then cared for throughout fermentation, cellaring, and bottling at the cidery on the waterfront in the city of Richmond CA.
