Goat Rock Cider
While hiking around Goat Rock State Beach, Paul Hawley and Trevor Zebulon realized they both shared a passion for dry, refreshing hard cider. Unfortunately, a bone dry, bottle conditioned cider wasn’t easy to find, even harder to locate any made from organic apples.
It just so happens that Paul grew up making wine with his family in Healdsburg (Hawley Winery) before opening his own brewery in Santa Rosa (Fogbelt). Trevor has been an avid home wine maker, sake brewer, and cider maker. So they decided to tackle the problem together and craft a dry cider from local organic apples.
Obviously we’re a little biased… but we kinda think this is one of the best ciders we’ve tasted in a long time.
