Snow Capped Cider was born in 2012 as the result of more than a century of fruit-growing expertise, a love of cider, and an abundance of apples. Husband and wife owners, Kari and Ty Williams, begin with superb fruit from their historic family orchards and combine their skills and knowledge with their passion for delicious food and drinks to produce their distinctive line of hard ciders in Cedaredge, Colorado.
Over the last decade, Snow Capped Cider has cultivated an award-winning, versatile brand through the use of authentic orchard-based English and French fermentation techniques, as well as contemporary cider themes and trends. They recently won big at the annual Cidercraft Awards being named the Most Awarded Cidery of 2023 AND took home a prestigious Good Food Award for their incredible Ashmead’s Kernel cider.
