Gabe Fletcher, formerly of Midnight Sun Brewing, started Anchorage Brewing in 2011. His focus is creating Belgian-inspired beers, dousing them with BRETT, and aging them in french oak barrels. Anchorage Brewing offers no “year-round” beers, instead they do a series of seasonals. The results have been extraordinary, and we’re excited to see what Mr. Fletcher comes up with next!
