Wild Mind Artisan Ales specializes in wild, sour, rustic saison and farmhouse ales through barrel aging and blending. All of their beers are brewed with native Minnesota yeast cultured from around the state. Their 550 barrel facility, made entirely of oak, has traveled as far as Italy to help promulgate age and complexity onto each of the beers. Wild Mind’s recipes are designed around wild and spontaneous fermentation resulting in each batch being distinct from previous batches.
